We fed the agent 50 of our most chaotic tickets
(you know, the “internet not working!!!! pls help urgent” type).

Outcome:

  • 43 were correctly categorized

  • 38 got the right technician

  • 7 needed human fixes

  • 0 got mis-prioritized as P1 by mistake 🎉

This is MUCH better than I expected.
Only issue: it struggles when clients paste giant logs.
Anyone else notice that?
