One evening, two rooms, one theme: what McKinsey, Gartner, Deloitte, Accenture, BCG, and Forrester are saying about autonomous IT, and whether any of it actually holds up for a team your size.
4:00 PM โ Happy Hour (~50 attendees)
Open to IT leaders and IT/IC pros. We ran live polls against real Big 6 findings on AI adoption, trust, upskilling, and the stuff vendor demos never mention, like how much of your day goes to cleaning up after the tool. No pitches. Just the room's honest answers next to what the analysts predicted.
6:30 PM โ Leader Dinner (12 attendees, curated)
A smaller, off-the-record conversation for IT leaders only. Same premise, sharper focus: pressure-testing the Big 6's maturity, budget, governance, and outcomes predictions against what's actually true for mid-market teams, not enterprise ones.
Why we're doing this
The Big 6 build their benchmarks on enterprise data. Mid-market IT rarely gets asked. So we're building our own: the MM Big 6 Benchmark Survey, mid-market answers to the same questions the analysts asked enterprise, so we can finally see where the consensus holds and where it just doesn't apply.
What came out of it
Live poll results from both sessions, a few sharp Kill or Keep reactions, a couple of great AI Nightmares stories from the interview corner, and a room full of people who'd rather compare notes with peers than sit through another vendor deck.
Keep the conversation going
Join the IT Leader Group or IT Pro Group in Autonomous Ops, and add your own answers to the MM Big 6 Benchmark Survey. The next roadshow stop builds on what this room just told us.
