I’m Alex Carter. I spent about 8 years in the MSP world, starting as a systems engineer before realizing I loved building the tools more than using them. I’ve written countless PowerShell scripts, automated ticket flows in PSA tools, and wired up RMM alerts to actually do something instead of just piling up in a queue.
Lately, Agentic AI has been my rabbit hole. I’m here to swap notes, learn where others are struggling, and maybe team up on agents that solve everyday MSP headaches.
